Heute Nacht haben wir in Hamburg das Gebäude von Northvolt (und noch ein paar anderen Stinkern) besucht. Wir haben ihnen eine Ladung Buttersäure durch die Tür gespritzt und die Eingangstüren verklebt. Dazu haben wir einen Gruß an der Fassade hinterlassen: „Northvolt, Hands Off Sápmi!“
Denn eure Lügen stinken bis zum Himmel! Und wir wünschen euch, dass ihr genauso das Kotzen kriegt wie wir, wenn wir von euren Projekten hören.
Damit solidarisieren wir uns mit den indigenen Kämpfen in Sápmi und weltweit.
Northvolt ist einer der Hauptinvestoren in das Megainfrastrukturprojket North Bothnia Line das für die andauernde schwedische Kolonialisierung vom Sápmi steht. Die North Bothnia Line ist eine geplante Schnellbahntrasse, die Umeå und Luleå entlang der Küste verbinden soll. Hierfür sollen bis 2030 im Namen der Energiewende und der „Nachhaltigkeit“ 270km Schienen, Brücken und Tunnel quer durch Ökosysteme und Rentierweideflächen gepfercht werden. Mitten auf der geplanten Bahntrasse in Skellefteå liegt Northvolt Ett, der erste Standort von Northvolt – eine riesige Batteriefabrik, wie sie zur Zeit auch in Schleswig-Holstein bei Heide gebaut wird. Die North Bothnia Line soll nicht nur Industriestandorte wie Skellefteå schneller an den Weltmarkt anbinden, sondern auch etliche zukünftige Bergbau- und Forstwirtschaftsprojekte mit weiter südlich gelegenen Industriestandorten wie der Northvolt Drei Giga-Batterie-Fabrik in Heide verbinden. Damit solche Fabriken mit Materialien wie Lithium oder Eisen versorgt werden können, werden die Einsprüche von 15 samischen Dorfgemeinden vor Gericht wissentlich und willentlich übergangen.
Es wird keine grüne Industrie geben, niemals. Die große Lüge, die uns die mächtigen dieser Welt auftischen wollen ist, dass wir Umweltzerstörung und Raubbau mit technologischem Fortschritt und „grünen“ Produkten begegnen können. Das ist kein naiver Fehlgedanke von Möchtegern-Weltverbesserern, sondern DIE Marketing- und Ablenkungsstrategie europäischer Industrie im 21. Jahrhundert. Die sogenannten grünen Industrien schlucken ein vielfaches an Strom und Materialien wie bisher die „fossilen“ Industrien – logisch, denn die Wirtschaft soll ja wachsen. Umweltschutz ist eine Marktsparte geworden, die aktuell einen Boom erlebt: grüne Autos, CO²-neutrales Plastik, klimafreundliche Flughäfen sind nur ein paar Beispiele. Pfui, das sind Lügen! Uns ist klar: der einzige wirksame Umweltschutz ist eine konsequente Deindustrialisierung, der Rückbau aller Fabriken und Großprojekte.
Gegen die grünen Lügen und ihre (neo)koloniale Züge!

Tonight we visited the building of Northvolt (and a few other stinkers) in Hamburg. We injected a load of butyric acid through the door and glued the entrance doors. We have left a greeting on the façade: „Northvolt, Hands Off Sápmi!“ Because your lies stink to heaven! And we wish you that you will puke as much as we do when we hear about your projects.
In this way, we show solidarity with the indigenous struggles in Sápmi and worldwide. Northvolt is one of the main investors in the North Bothnia Line mega-infrastructure project, which stands for the ongoing Swedish colonization of the Sápmi. The North Bothnia Line is a planned high-speed railway line that will connect Umeå and Luleå along the coast. To this end, 270km of rails, bridges and tunnels are to be crammed across ecosystems and reindeer grazing areas by 2030 in the name of the energy transition and „sustainability“. In the middle of the planned railway line in Skellefteå is Northvolt Ett, Northvolt’s first site – a huge battery factory like the one currently being built in Schleswig-Holstein near Heide.
In order to supply such factories with materials such as lithium or iron, the objections of 15 Sami village communities are knowingly and willingly ignored in court. There will be no green industry, never. The big lie that the powerful of this world want to serve us is that we can counter environmental destruction and overexploitation with technological progress and „green“ products. This is not a naïve misconception of would-be do-gooders, but THE marketing and distraction strategy of European industry in the 21st century. The so-called green industries swallow many times more electricity and materials than the „fossil“ industries have so far – logical, because the economy is supposed to grow. Environmental protection has become a market sector that is currently experiencing a boom: green cars, CO²-neutral plastic, climate-friendly airports are just a few examples. Ugh, these are lies!
It is clear to us that the only effective environmental protection is consistent deindustrialization, the dismantling of all factories and major projects. Against the green lies and their (neo)colonial features! Stop North Bothnia Line! Hands off Sápmi!
